Passport Panic

My passport came in the mail the other day! Had a little bit of a panic attack because my birth certificate wasn't in the envelope. The lady at the post office said she had to mail them the original but not to worry they would mail it back. After about 30 minutes of playing out angry phone call scenarios in my head I noticed a small piece of paper that said citizenship evidence would be mailed back separately. Doh! I wonder how many people call them up daily screaming that they lost their birth certificate all because they failed to read the enclosed note?
